Glacier Waterton Hamfest Vendor Area Rules

The Vendor Area will be on the grass between the Pavilion and the Wash House.

The purpose of the “vendor area” is to provide a single place within the campground for anyone to sell his or her wares.

Vendors with actual storefronts, business licenses, or who qualify with the Directors, will be provided a display area with one tent (upon request) and will be allowed to camp, free of charge, within their assigned area (the area will be larger than the tent).

Daily Tailgaters who are charged $5.00 per table per day for space within the vendor area MUST be registered with the Hamfest, registered with the Campground, and have their tables cleaned off by 9:00 PM nightly. All tailgater camping will be at the tailgater’s normal assigned campsite and at tailgater’s expense.

Of course, tailgating is allowed, and encouraged within your assigned camping area. A donation to the Hamfest of 10% is traditional for all tailgate sales.

Absolutely NO “mobile” sales of anything will be allowed, without prior approval of the Hamfest Directors, AND the Campground. This is to include soda and ice cream, or any other product deemed counterproductive.
